About Me

Hi my name is Robert Paul Bauer, but I go by Paul, I am a Seattle-based recruiting mananger, a mid-stage start up, and founder of RPB Careers LLC. I started career coaching in 2011 and have been recruiting for Fortune 500 companies like Northwestern Mutual, Amazon, Expedia Group and Tableau/Salesforce. I then went into start ups at Gopuff and now a crypto company. I earned my Masters in Education from Indiana University, Bloomington and a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Bellarmine University in Louisville, Kentucky - my home state.

I enjoy partnering with clients who are in their first 15 years of professional work (out of university or equivalent) and have worked with clients in various sectors. I thoroughly enjoy working with clients who are making a career shift and looking to articulate transferrable skills. Outside of work I enjoy spending time hiking, volunteering and spending time with my friends and family.
